Surface heat treatment process of sliver barrel
Surface heat treatment is a metal heat treatment process that only heats the surface of the workpiece to change its surface mechanical properties. In order to heat only the surface layer of the workpiece without excessive heat being transferred into the interior of the workpiece, the applied heat source must have a high energy density, that is, a large amount of heat energy is given to the workpiece in the unit area, so that the surface layer or part of the workpiece can reach high temperature in a short time or instantaneously. The main methods of surface heat treatment of cotton sliver barrel include flame quenching and induction heating heat treatment. The commonly used heat sources include flame such as oxyacetylene or oxypropane, induced current, laser and electron beam.
Characteristics of sliver barrel components:
1. The barrel body plastic plate is produced by the plate assembly line. The international seamless welding technology is adopted to ensure the smoothness and roundness of the barrel body, and the aging resistance of the plastic barrel body can reach 15 years.
2. 4. The spring is made of 65Mn carbon structural steel, which is machined into straight through shape by automatic machining, and the upper, middle and lower diameters are increased. The utility model overcomes the defects of inclination and fatigue of the traditional thin waist spring, and ensures the stability of the tray after bearing pressure and the service height of the spring. The bearing pressure does not decrease.
5. The tray and chassis are made of engineering plastics with high strength and strong wear resistance.
6. The bottom is equipped with cast iron wheels, nylon wheels, corner wheels and other universal wheels (customized by users on demand) to make them move freely.
7. The tray moves freely. Antistatic barrel body (optional) is mixed with HDPE (high density polyethylene) and an appropriate amount of imported antistatic agent to ensure antistatic effect and aging, seamless welding, flatness and smoothness, fast production, breeding, textile barrel body smoothness and roundness, and the aging resistance of plastic barrel body can reach 15 years. The spring is made by the full computer automatic forming machine and processed by the constant temperature computer to ensure that the spring is not tired. The tray and chassis are made of engineering plastics with high strength and strong wear resistance. The bottom is equipped with cast iron wheel, which is stable. It is made of constant temperature spring by computer, and the spring is not processed automatically by 65Mn
